TapTask is a brand new task manager built with simplicity in mind. With TapTask, it has never been easier to create, manage, and remember tasks. Lists: One of the biggest features in TapTask is the ability to sort your tasks into lists. Not all tasks were created equally, so you shouldn’t have to group them all together. TapTask sorts all your task into lists. Create a shopping list, chore list, even a wish list. Sorting your tasks into lists allow you to better focus on what you need to complete. Use TapTask for your grocery shopping and you can focus completely on shopping. Use TapTask for your work meetings and tasks and focus only on the tasks that are work related.

Notifications: TapTask takes full advantage of Apple’s Local Notification feature in iOS 4.0. This feature lets you set an alarm and receive a reminder at the set time. You need to remember to wash your car this weekend; set a notification. You have an important work meeting; set a notification. Tap a task and select the Notifications menu to set an alarm. The best part of TapTask’s Local Notifications feature is that it works without an internet connection. That means iPod Touch users can get reminders, regardless of whether they are connected to a WiFi network.
